PACKAGES
Coaching session packages are available for 3, 5 and 10 sessions.
Sessions range between 60-90 mins and will be tailored to you.

Coaching is a forward focussed process that engages, empowers and encourages the client to build their resilience to reduce overwhelm or kick that next big goal.
Disclaimer: if Jodi doesn’t think coaching is the right fit for her client, she will recommend an alternative professional.
This is definitely an individual thing. Case by case. I recommend people book in 3 sessions initially which are usually held weekly or fortnightly then continue as needed fortnightly or monthly.
Some clients have 2 sessions a month-long term and some people only need 3 sessions or 5 sessions and they are then sorted.
Sessions can be done at my home office located on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia.
I can meet you at your chosen location on the Gold Coast or remotely anywhere in the world via zoom.
It’s as simple as booking in an initial session with me to explore the options for you.
